The Secur 400 device has 400 watts of power output with 13 tissue effects. Including all the same functions as the Secur 200 device with three additional modes.
- Endo-Cut mode – where cutting is divided between cut and pause, so that coagulation occurs during the pause phase. The system changes the pause interval as the tissue density changes so that a fine cutting and coagulation effect is achieved.
- Swift mode – an additional Coag function, which produces a greater depth to coagulation over a small area.
- Macro mode – an additional bipolar cut function gives enhanced cutting and coagulation in bipolar mode.
